Hawaii, USA – May 11, 2021 – Nan Inc., has always been a ray of hope for the Hawaiian community in need of support. From million-dollar donations to local Hawaii medical centers to international charity projects, the construction company has participated in numerous projects by non-profit organizations and other charities. The face behind this charity and volunteer work is Nan Inc. owner Patrick Shin and his volunteering club, who never hesitate to go the extra mile when it comes to welfare work aspiring to make Hawaii a better place for all.

The Covid-19 Pandemic has affected everyone in one way or another, but great turmoil was brought into the lives of economically cornered people of the Hawaii region. Following his passion for helping such people, Nan Inc.’s owner stepped up and assisted organizations working for the betterment of the Hawaiian community in diverse ways. 2020 was a challenging year for the medical community when the pandemic was at its peak. During this chaotic time when health organizations were in dire need of a donation, Nan Inc. Construction Company made a generous contribution of $1million to the Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center (WCCHC), the only primary health care center on Oahu’s Leeward Coast. The health center intends to utilize it to offer health and social services to the region’s residents, especially children from poverty-stricken families. When asked to share his views about his philanthropic work Nan Inc. owner Patrick Shin said

“It’s my honor to serve the Hawaiian people through my professional and philanthropic ventures. I always aspired to make a difference in the Hawaiian community, and it gives me immense gratification that Nan Inc. has partnered with the most reputable welfare organizations in this pandemic and not only helped them through monetary donations but also manual assistance by our amazing volunteer club members.

During the Christmas season, Nan Inc. owner distributed gift cards worth $1500 to Valoha, an organization working for the homeless and needy in several capacities. The nonprofit movement provides resources, referrals, clothes, toiletries, and meals to the disadvantaged population of Oahu. Recently, the volunteers of a company lent a hand to pack 4,000 bags of food at Hawaii Food bank’s warehouse to be distributed among people incapable of affording daily meals. Their “The Food 4 Keiki” program delivers these bags to school pantries across Oahu and Kauai.
